Verve Hospitality works with hospitality providers across a wide range of sectors and settings. Our versatile teams adapt specialist skills to specific requirements, whatever the location.

Our sectors


We are the staffing partner for several universities across the UK. We can supply upwards of 250+ staff per day across a variety of roles including, baristas, catering assistants, chefs, head chefs, managers and many more. 

We also work with University catering hubs, cafes and student bars, and can provide staff for special events such as graduation ceremonies. 


We are currently in partnership with several stadiums across the UK, supplying a number of front of house and back of house staff to football grounds.  

We cover every front of house position from runner to manager, covering food, wine and bar service. Provision of candidates from our back of house team includes general assistants and chefs at every level from head chefs, chefs de partie and sous chefs.

Arenas & conference centres

We often provide 24/7 cover during the Christmas season as well as conferences to meet demand. We offer complete fulfilment of both front of house and back of house staff, including bar staff and banqueting teams to cover kiosk-style events or VIP and corporate occasions.  

We are more than comfortable working with high-volume events operated by clients who often have multiple events running simultaneously. It is not unusual for us to provide 250+ staff for a single event. 

Live events

The specialist expertise of our dedicated Live Events team enables us to staff any event at any location. We are experienced in providing many different levels of staffing for Festivals and Events which can often have 250+ staff on duty on any one occasion. We offer a wide range of roles which includes bar and stock operations through to food service staff 

Council partnership

We work with a number of local authorities to provide essential, specially trained hospitality staff. Since 2019, we have been the sole hospitality partner of Liverpool City Council, supplying both front of house and back of house staff to the Grade 1-listed St.

George’s Hall, Liverpool Town Hall, and the former country estate Croxteth Hall. Events covered include weddings, conferences, exhibitions and events.

Independent operators

Everyone who works in the Verve Hospitality office has a background in the hospitality industry. We understand the work and effort that goes into making an independent venue work.

Some of our oldest clients are independent venues for which we source a range of roles, including chefs, bartenders or waiters who enhance the venue’s own team during busy periods such as Christmas, the Summer and Wedding seasons, or as cover for any last-minute sickness.

Group operations

We have created a network of highly trained front of house and back of house hospitality staff. We use our innovative online training platform to make sure staff can effortlessly transition into the client’s team in order to ensure brand cohesion. In our collaboration with the National Trust, for example, we have supplemented their hospitality requirements in peak season and at one-off events.
